Tamarind Cove at Porto Laiya

PAGASA declared that Summer has officially starts, we can also observe gradual increase of daily temperature signifies the recession of the Northeast Monsoon. People are searching for places to relax and keep cool this summer. Where do most of us go during these season? To the beach!
As a born Batangueña, I can name maybe hundreds of places to spend summer in the Province of Batangas, and from near by provinces. Like Nasugbu, Mabini, Lian, Lobo, Calatagan, San Juan and Tingloy, famous for its beautiful beaches. Nasugbu and Mabini has special place for the Divers hearts, where water is consistently warm, and has vibrant marine sacntuary.
Lately, I have spent my weekends at San Juan, Batangas. And I was able to see the different Beach Resorts in the area, famous with their splendid place, good service and the feeling of being close to nature, while having the affordable rates; like Acuatico Beach Resort, Acuaverde BeachResort, Blue Coral, Virgin Beach and La Luz.
With all these places seen, I wonder, It'll be heavenly to own a property near the white sand beach of San Juan, Batangas. Then I saw Port Laiya, it was developed by ACTIVE GROUP INC., the developer of the World Class Golf Course in Lipa Batangas, the Mt. Malarayat Golf and Country Club and Residential Estates.
The Residential Resort Subdivision was exclusive and secured. A 37.75 heactare subdivision, where only 60% of which is for sale.
As I enter the subdivision, I can tell that they have a great developer. The drainage are well planned, you can tell since their roads are on same level and you can still see the large drainage pipes still on the area, that will be placed on the 2nd phase of the subdivision. They said that, they carefully designed the area where the water will surely goes to its expected exit.

The amenities of the subdivision is a Multipurpose hall and Basketball court, that are currently being constructed.
Here is what I love the most here at Porto Laiya, their Tamarind Cove. A separate facility of Porto Laiya, exclusive for the Lot Owners. A pay per use facility to swim, relax and enjoy.
Someday, I sure would like to sit on a bench under a Tamarind tree, watch the clue water of Sigayan Bay, relax and while sipping a cold drink. Then at the afternoon, i'll wait for the sun to set on the near by mountain, and walk to my house within Porto Laiya and enjoy the cool and salty wind of Porto Laiya, San Juan Batangas.
